Employment Reference Check

Hike Education Private Limited retains the right to under a pre- or post-employment check of the
candidate's professional and personal reference, experience or employment age, salary history, education
certification and other background information.

If an employee provides false information and it comes out at any point of tenure with the organization
shall be considered as a serious violation of this Employee ahdnbook. In this case,
The Company has the right to terminate the Employment with such employee without payment of any economic
compensation or damages and all resulting consequences and responsibilities shall be borne by such
employee personally. Also, the Company reserves the right to register a case of fraud.

The employee must ensure that his/her personal information registred in the Company is the latest and
accurate information. In case any personal information changes (including but not limited to home address,
telephone number etc.), the employee is obligated to inform any change promptly to Company's responsible
Human Resource (HR)

In case the Company sends a relevant notice or document to the employee according to the latest personal
information registered in the Company, which is not notified to the Company promptly after any
changes, such notice or document shall be considered having been received by the employee
Performance Evaluation

Performance reviews of all full-time employees appointed on fixed-term, contractual job/ WFH or
indefinite appointments, will be followed by KRAs & KPIs.

Performance evaluation is to be done on various factors like quality of work, adaptability, progress on
work, etc.

Performance Evaluation is done on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Basis.
Probabtion

Employees are placed on probation status for 3 months (90 days including week offs) following their appointment

In case the company finds the performance during this period as unsatisfactory, then the company reserves the
right to extend the probabtion period or terminate the service.

A probationer will be entitled to receive only such salary and allowances as per the appointment letter/annexure.

Once the probation period is completed satisfactorily, the appointment will be confirmed in writing.
Confirmation

The performance evaluation period for confirmation is 90 days. During the probation period, no bulk leaves
should be availed ( note: this reference of bulk leaves also includes "examination leaves" ).
However, in case of bulk leaves, the confirmation and any other benefits which are being offered will be extended.

In order to claim continuity bonus on confirmation (can be claimed only in case the same has been offered in the appointment
letter of the employee) an employee must have 100% of point wise target achievement (only courses) in all consecutive
three months from the data of their joining.
Achieveing 100% in any one/two of the months does not make them eligible for continuity bonus.
